For the 2nd time since the start of Lets.Give, volunteers collected clothes and drove 2 hours to Bakersfield in order to dedicate a day to the migrant farm workers in the area. The greatest challenge faced was the intense rain that came out of nowhere in the middle of setting up, but this didn't even come close to stopping the hard work. If anything the rain made all our hard work more rewarding and meaningful. We even had a member of the community donate yummy burritos to the 30+ volunteers! Lets.Giver serviced over 20 families and dedicated 385 hours of service.
